I came in for routine service on a recently purchased vehicle. I was met upon arrival and a service attendant took my vehicle quickly. The service was done in a very reasonable time. Then I observed the vehicle sit for approximately 10 minuets and then driven directly back into the area presented for return. When I asked doesn’t a wash come with the service? The tech said yes. Then I stated the car was driven directly from the service bay to where we were standing. At this point the service tech stated the washing machine was out of commission that day. I was lead to believe the vehicle had been washed by the length of time it sat outside the Service area. However I was able to observe the car sitting still for the entire time.

I can’t remember his name exactly, I guess his name is David. Anyway he made me feel so comfortable during entire service. I want to go back definitely.

With a 9:30 a.m. scheduled appointment it still took 1 hr to do the tire rotation and 35,000 mile check. That was expected so no problem there. But when I started the car the 'maintenance needed' message was still on the display. I expected the message to be reset after a service, and this is not the only time my family has had this happen.

Wonderful dealer. Oil change took over two hours so they gave me the oil change for free. Always a pleasant experience. They did apologize for the delay caused by their issues in the quick bay.

It took over an hour just to get my tires rotated and balanced. I had a 9:00 appt and finally got my car around 10:30. I think this took way too long.
